I’d agree with the first poster, Locke D, use Aweber.

It’s low cost, easy to use and they keep you within the spam laws.
Doing it the long way is just not worth it for less that $1 a day

email management systems costs a lot. I suggest you join social network and make friends and be able to get their emails. it’s quite cheaper but entails more of your time.
