In the Outlook Express (Mail) window, click File / Import and Export / Export to a file / Comma separated values (Windows). Then follow the prompts and save the file where you can find it again (my documents or the desktop). When you open the file you'll see all the addresses.

In Outlook, click on Help, type in 'print address book' without the marks. It will give you two choices of printing the addresses.
