Email marketing soft

Right now, my email is not displayed on my profile. How do I make it so it shows my email on my profile? I’ve looked around and cannot find how. Can you tell me how step-by-step?

Someone makes a comment on Facebook. Maybe they won an award. I add my comment, which is “Congratulations.” Then other people after me leave their own comments. Problem is, every time one of those people leave a comment, I get an email saying “So and So commented on your friend’s status.” How can I deactivate these email alerts specifically? I don’t need to know that other people congratulated him too. Thanks!!
