My Ex-husband bought and left our 7 yr. old unattended with an Air Soft Pistol. My son was in the back seat of his fathers car and shot himself in the leg with An Air Soft Pistol. He’s ok, just bruising. I asked him why and he said ” I thought the safety was on so I pulled the trigger.” Is there a law ( in louisiana) against possession of a firearm by a parents consent?
