Email marketing soft

I’ve had to send one top back already for shotty parts and overall quality of the product. But ive just got the re-sent top back today and i really need some help from some one who has put one together before. I have a 2002 w/ the original soft top and it is very difficult to put back up. My zippers are clean, but I think the top has really shrunk. Is there anything I can do other than buy a new top?
