i would like to find out if there is a site out there that you can find out about people’s background, addresses, ect. but i have
been told to be careful because alot of the internet detective software is not any good. does anyone know if there is one out
there that is almost as good as the ones that law enforcement use?

I cannot figure out or Google the technical aspects of what happens after an assault, or what happens to the victim after the assault.
I need to find someone to email and ask questions so I can get the process right in my book. HELP! Thanks in advance!
